Walt Disney World Trip Planning Questions:
Q: How much does it cost to hire me to plan your trip to Walt Disney World?
A: when you book your vacation with me, I'm compensated directly by Disney, or Universal, or other travel providers after you travel...never by you! Instead, I'm here to make sure you are taking advantages of deals and saving money if that's an option for your trip!
Q: I've heard Walt Disney world is SO BUSY. How do I go and not spend all my time waiting in lines?
A: Great question! The popularity of traveling to Walt Disney World is non-stop, but when you book your trip with me, I can make my Top Recommendations for Disney's Lightning Lanes, and teach you how to use them so you can get a spot of the best rides without waiting in line!
Q: Is it better to stay at a Disney Resort or at a resort outside of Walt Disney World?
A: The perks of staying on-site at a Disney Resort are never ending! Not only is transportation easier, you also get into the parks earlier! You get that added magic of characters, and cast members making your stay at the hotel magical. Overall, I prefer to stay on site and there are over 25 to choose from and for all budgets!
Disney Cruise Line Trip Planning Questions:
Q: What’s Included in the Price, and What Extra Costs Should We Expect?
SO much is included in the price, for example: Meals (even room service), kids' clubs, Broadway-style shows, character meet & greets, pools, and most onboard activities.
If you want to know about the extras, these include things like Port excursions, specialty dining (like Palo and Remy), alcohol, Wi-Fi, gratuities, and some onboard experiences (e.g., Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique).
Q: What is the Best Way to Get to The Port?
A: Most families fly into Orlando (MCO) for Port Canaveral departures. Your cruise may fly into Fort Lauderdale, but either way here are my tips. Some prefer to fly in the night before and stay at a close hotel. Others fly in early the morning of. Once you arrive at the airport, its easy to book an Uber or allow me to arrange transportation from the airport to your ship.
You will know you Ship Embarkation Time after you complete your online check in. Plan to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to that time- no earlier, as Cruise Line Cast Members are pretty strict with boarding times.
Universal Orlando Trip Planning Questions:
Q: Should we stay at a Universal Hotel or off-site?
A: Staying on-site has big perks:

Early Park Admission (get into The Wizarding World of Harry Potter & Volcano Bay before the crowds!)

Free transportation to the parks.

If you stay at Premier Hotels (Hard Rock, Royal Pacific, or Portofino Bay), Unlimited Express Pass is included—huge for skipping lines!
Staying off-site is often cheaper, but you’ll need to factor in transportation and parking costs ($30/day at Universal).
Q: Do We Need Express Passes and How Do They Work?
A: If you want shorter lines, Express Pass is a game changer. It lets you skip the regular line once per ride (or unlimited times with the Unlimited version).

Q: How Many Days Do We Need at Universal?
A: Great Question! Here's what I always tell my clients:

3 Days: Covers Universal Studios & Islands of Adventure and the NEW Epic Universe at a good pace.

4 Days: Ideal for families, allowing time for Wizarding World details, shows, and thrill rides without rushing.

5+ Days: Perfect if you want to enjoy Volcano Bay (Universal’s water park) or take more relaxed breaks.
